Automotive Technician – High-Level A Tech / Strong B Tech

If you are an experienced automotive technician who is tired of being relied on for everything while being invested in for nothing, this might be worth your time.
We are a well-established luxury automotive service operation in the Lehigh Valley looking for a strong A-level technician or a highly capable B-tech ready to step up. This role exists because our shop is busy, our standards are high, and we believe technicians are the most important people in the building.
This is not a churn-and-burn shop and it is not a stepping stone. We are looking for someone who wants stability, growth, and respect.
What You Will Be Doing
Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle concerns
Supporting and collaborating with our foreman on advanced diagnostics
Working on late-model vehicles with consistent workflow
Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety
Contributing to a professional, team-oriented shop environment

What We Are Looking For
Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
A-level technician or experienced B-tech ready to advance
PA Inspection and Emissions License preferred
ASE certifications a plus
Professional attitude and pride in workmanship
Someone who wants to grow, not hide in a corner bay
