Greet patients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, emails, and direct communication appropriately
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and paperwork
Maintain organized systems to support office efficiency
Grow in the role through ongoing learning and mentorship
Positive, friendly personality with a natural ability to make people feel welcome
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning dental software
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and dependable
Dental or medical office experience required
