Job Description

As Director of Client Experience & Closing Services , you will be the heart of our client operations, overseeing transactions from contract to close, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and valued.
This role requires both operational mastery and genuine care for people. You’ll coordinate details, anticipate needs, and elevate the client experience, making the complex feel effortless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring every detail is executed with accuracy and care.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, attorneys, lenders, and agents, maintaining clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Oversee documentation and compliance - including deposits, utility transfers, and closing coordination.
  • Maintain and follow comprehensive internal checklists for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide clients with next steps and proactive guidance to reduce stress and enhance trust throughout the process.
  • Support agents by managing key administrative and coordination tasks, allowing them to focus on service and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and client workflows.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented mindset and contribute to a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Real estate, transaction coordination, or office management experience is helpful
  • Familiarity with tools such as Docusign, MLS, and CRM systems (e.g., Referral Maker through Buffini & Company). Or is a quick learner
  • Experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role.
  • High energy and eager to learn

Compensation & Details

  • Full-time, in-person role (South Windsor office)
  • Salary range: $80,000- $90,000 , commensurate with experience
