Description:
The Warehouse Inspector will be responsible for reviewing inbound and outbound shipments of aviation technical components, ensuring accuracy in documentation, certification, and traceability. This role is accountable for maintaining the integrity of inventory records and correcting any discrepancies.
Job Functions:
· Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records.
· Keep the inspection area clean and organized.
· Inspect incoming aviation parts and related materials for compliance.
· Inspect outgoing shipments (domestic and international), including regulated or hazardous items.
· Review records for components with service-life limits.
· Monitor and manage quarantined materials across multiple business lines.
Knowledge & Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
·2–4 years of relevant experience in aviation inspection, quality control, or a related field.
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
· Familiarity with aviation industry-specific documentation, terminology, and handling practices.
· Proficiency in Windows-based systems and general computer applications.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently under general supervision.
· Capable of balancing multiple tasks and exercising judgment to achieve goals.
