Job Description

Salary: $131,200 - 216,480 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Practical experience in developing scalable software.
  • Proficiency in designing user experiences and constructing user interfaces.
  • A passion for aesthetics, design, colors, user psychology, and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with high-velocity CI/CD systems, agile methodologies, and A/B testing to enhance iteration cycles.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with end users and cross-functional process owners to comprehend existing workflows and processes.
  • Analyze user and application telemetry to gain insight into human interactions with technology.
  • Integrate information and data from Users, Process Owners, Data Scientists, and Telemetry systems to enhance user journeys via interactive wireframes.
  • Collaborate daily with Delivery Managers and direct reports to ensure engineering efforts incorporate new technologies and reusable components.
  • Develop and deploy features continuously, ensuring automated unit and integration testing.
  • Conduct daily code reviews to maintain high standards and facilitate frequent production deployments.
  • Contribute to our long-term technical roadmap.
