Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Mount Juliet, TN
Shift: M-F 6:45AM-3:00PM, Some Saturdays 5AM-1PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at our busy distribution center. The primary responsibility of this role is to support warehouse operations by repackaging hygiene products into retail-ready formats for distribution to various retail and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Repackage hygiene products (e.g., soaps, sanitizers, wipes, etc.) into retail-ready packaging according to company and customer specifications.
Operate packaging equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Label and barcode packages accurately for inventory tracking and shipment.
Inspect products for quality assurance before and after repackaging.
Assemble product displays or promotional kits as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and safety protocols.
Assist with general warehouse duties including sorting, palletizing, loading/unloading, and inventory counts.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding work progress and issues.
Pay Rate: $15
