Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role blends user experience research, interaction design, and interface design to create products that are both functional and visually compelling. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning complex requirements into elegant solutions.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create clean, modern, and accessible interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI patterns.
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior insights.
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Ensure final designs are implemented accurately by working closely with engineering during development.

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UX/UI design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of modern UI patterns, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs.
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.

• Experience with animation or motion design.
• Background in branding or visual design.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience designing for SaaS products, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
