Position Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Care

Travel Pay Range: $77 – $80/hour ($3,200 – $3,400 per week)
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Care for an exciting job in New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to adults in home care settings.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols.
Monitor patient conditions and intervene to support optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and families on care, disease management, and preventive strategies.
Document all care, interventions, and patient responses in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Manage a caseload of 4–8 patients per day.
Work every other weekend as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Required:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program
Active New York State RN license (verified via NYSED)
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in Med/Surg, Maternal & Child, Critical Care, or Pediatrics
Current experience in adult home care
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred:
Previous experience in adult home care nursing
