Location: Watkins Glen, NY (routes around Seneca & Keuka Lakes)

Job Responsibilities

· Host 20–30 guests per tour (typically three tours/day) with energy, clarity, and professionalism.

· Deliver engaging, informative commentary about the region, wineries, and local highlights.

· Keep tours on schedule, giving guests helpful pointers so they make the most of each stop.

· Communicate and reinforce tour policies with a friendly, confident tone.

· Collaborate with drivers and ticket-booth staff to keep tours running smoothly.

· Light vehicle cabin tidy-up after each shift.

· Represent the Lakeside Trolley brand in a welcoming, upbeat way.

Required Qualifications

· Comfortable speaking to groups; confident, clear communicator.

· Reliable and punctual; strong time-management.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· General knowledge of the Finger Lakes (or eagerness to learn).

Preferred Experience & Skills

· Background in public speaking, acting, teaching, or guiding.

· Customer service / hospitality experience.

· Interest in wine, beer, and the local food scene.

Hours & Availability

· Full-time and part-time positions available.

· Year-round operation with seasonal fluctuation (more shifts April–November, fewer December–March).

· Saturday availability is a must.

· Weekday shifts available in peak season (May–October).

· Winter opportunities offered: special events, season start-up projects, and cross-training.
