- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
- RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
- If interested in any location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.)
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
- All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Requirement description :

- Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross - [REQUIRED]
- Nursys cannot show any hits on license at time of submission - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
