Dean Team has been family owned and operated for over 40 years in the St. Louis area. We are currently looking for driven, dedicated individuals that are excited at the opportunity to join a successful team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Dean Team selling process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Test drives, present vehicle product information, and pricing
• Answer inbound sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
• Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
• Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
• Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
• Training will be provided
• Great customer service skills
• Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, email, CRM)
• Prior car sales or retail experience a plus
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Social media experience is a plus and encouraged
• Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
• Highly motivated
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
