School-Based Nurse Practitioner (NP)

A School-Based Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in Aurora, CO.

This position is with a mission-driven healthcare organization that has been open for over 30 years and focuses on the underinsured, uninsured, and low-income patients in over 5 counties in the greater Denver area.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($108,000 - $130,000/year)
• Health Insurance – Employers Pay 60% (Employee: $29.42-$80.71 biweekly)
• Dental and Vision Insurance Offered – Employee: $1.79 + $5.50 = $7.29 biweekly
• 401(K) Retirement Package –with up to 4% match

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• On-call by phone after 90 days – 3-5 days per quarter (earns PTO)
• Up to 18 patients per day
• Mobile unit school-based – runs independently from the school system
• Sole provider with support from an MA
• Outpatient, primary care providing medical screenings to patients of all ages
• EMR – Epic

Requirements

• Current And Active License in the State of Colorado
• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Board Certified in the State of Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years' experience required
