Location: Dallas, TX (once in a month need to visit Texas)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 7 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization , and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development including configuration, customization, and deployment
• Implement complex business logic, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes
• Develop and optimize REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
• Handle data migration and data management using Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs
• Perform code reviews , ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and optimize performance
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into solutions
• Support CI/CD pipelines and version control using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth)
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled, Future)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Experience Cloud / Communities
• Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and web standards (HTML, CSS)

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (plus)
