Job Description

Primary Purpose Of Job
Collects, analyzes and reports on sales performance data for the Consumer Banking division. Develops sales forecasts and monitors the relationship between sales, growth, and incentives.
Major Job Accountabilities
Designs and produces standard and ad-hoc reports and presentations, including preparing sales forecasts, and collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current sales goals.
Distills information from various large databases into meaningful, summarized results on a daily, weekly, quarterly and annual basis.
Creates new reports, and ensures data accuracy in the EDW (enterprise data warehouse).
Develops and maintains sales portals for lines of business within Consumer Banking.
Assists in the administration of the CRM system, including developing pipeline management reports.
Experience Required
Demonstrated work experience producing accurate and meaningful summary reports for management use in assessing business efficiencies and supporting sales performance management.
Required Skills Or Training
Working knowledge of bank branch operations is a plus.
Working knowledge of statistical software, analytical tools and data query program languages, e.g., MS Access, VBA, SQL and Cognos Business Objects is a plus.
Able to analyze and evaluate statistical data to ensure the accuracy of the data.
Able to work under minimal supervision with strong organizational and time-management skills, and collaborate with external and internal customers, teammates, and management.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
