Description We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions for the mortgage industry. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough manual testing processes to identify and address software defects. - Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of testing procedures. - Perform regression testing to validate fixes and updates across software releases. - Audit systems and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations. - Investigate and report suspicious activities, ensuring adherence to security protocols. - Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality. - Create detailed documentation for test plans, procedures, and outcomes. - Proactively identify testing gaps and implement solutions to enhance quality assurance processes. - Ensure all software meets functional and performance requirements before release. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in the mortgage or rental industry. - Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. - Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts. - Experience with regression testing and identifying system vulnerabilities. - Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Familiarity with suspicious activity reporting and security protocols. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
