Property Accountant - Real Estate Portfolio up to $85,000
We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to oversee accounting for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role is based in-office in Boston, where you’ll join a collaborative and tight-knit team. As the primary accountant for properties, you’ll manage full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger work, journal entries, AP/AR, month-end close, and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in AppFolio and Excel is essential.
