Provide ongoing individual support and guidance for clients with behavioral health issues referred by law enforcement agencies for treatment and other services. Assist with case management and treatment needs. Coordinate community services for clients.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED
Lived experience with MH and/or SUD - Required
Ability to work along law enforcement
