Job Title: Oracle NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Salt Lake City, UT / Remote
Experience: 5-8 years
Role Summary
The NetSuite Developer will design, develop, customize, and support NetSuite ERP solutions with a strong focus on financial modules and business process automation. This role partners closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to enhance NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript, workflows, reports, and saved searches.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0
Configure and support NetSuite Financials, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business and financial reporting needs
Build and manage NetSuite workflows to automate business processes and approvals
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities
Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite configuration, scripting, and performance issues
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications (CRM, billing, banking, etc.)
Maintain technical documentation for customizations, scripts, and configurations
Ensure solutions follow NetSuite best practices, governance, and security standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
Strong experience with NetSuite Financials, including AP/AR processes
Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0
Experience creating and maintaining reports, saved searches, and dashboards
Hands-on experience with NetSuite workflows
Solid understanding of accounting principles and ERP financial processes
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
