Are you an enthusiastic pediatric occupational therapist who enjoys supporting children in their natural environments—and loves the idea of walking between sessions, exploring the city, and forming meaningful connections with families?

Back Bay Speech & Occupational Therapy is a woman-owned pediatric practice committed to helping children thrive through high-quality, home-based care. As we continue expanding our occupational therapy services, we’re searching for a warm, motivated OT who’s excited to help shape and grow our developing OT program.

Responsibilities

As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Complete comprehensive pediatric assessments.
• Develop and deliver engaging treatment plans targeting sensory, fine motor, handwriting, and feeding needs.
• Provide individualized, play-based therapy in clients’ homes.
• Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and other professionals.
• Maintain organized documentation, progress notes, and session data.
• Support the development of our growing OT program, including mentoring future team members.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of pediatric outpatient OT experience (not including fieldwork).
• Strong clinical skills in sensory integration, fine motor development, handwriting, and feeding intervention.
• Excellent organization and time-management.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car for home-based visits.
• Interest in leadership pathways as the OT program expands.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
