Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Entry-Level Nonprofit Marketing & Events Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a difference while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, fundraising, and event coordination. No prior experience is required—full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising initiatives

• Engage with the public to share the mission, goals, and impact of our nonprofit clients

• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and community engagement activities

• Support event setup, logistics, and on-site operations

• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with attendees

• Communicate key messages clearly to encourage participation and support

• Track engagement metrics and provide feedback to management

• Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign goals and outreach targets are met

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for nonprofit work, community outreach, or cause-driven campaigns

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Flexible availability, including some weekends

• Previous experience in events, fundraising, or customer service is a plus—but not required
