Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Entry-Level Nonprofit Marketing & Events Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a difference while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, fundraising, and event coordination. No prior experience is required—full training is provided.
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
Engage with the public to share the mission, goals, and impact of our nonprofit clients
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and community engagement activities
Support event setup, logistics, and on-site operations
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with attendees
Communicate key messages clearly to encourage participation and support
Track engagement metrics and provide feedback to management
Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign goals and outreach targets are met
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for nonprofit work, community outreach, or cause-driven campaigns
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexible availability, including some weekends
Previous experience in events, fundraising, or customer service is a plus—but not required
Full paid training in nonprofit marketing, outreach, and event operations
