Job Title: Medical Technologist (Blood Bank / Microbiology) – Travel Assignment
Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Shift: Day Shift (Varying 8–10 hour shifts between 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
Schedule: 5 days per week | 40 hours total
Duration: 13 Weeks
Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $1,900
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Medical Technologist (Blood Bank / Microbiology) for an exciting job in Lawrenceville, GA.
Responsibilities:Conduct routine and specialized testing in Microbiology and Blood Bank departments.
Perform quality control, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
Accurately analyze test results and ensure timely reporting to healthcare providers.
Maintain compliance with laboratory policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to support patient care and clinical decisions.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Microbiology and/or Blood Bank .
Certifications (Required): ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS.
Preferred: Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
System Experience: Proficiency with Clinical Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) .
Local Candidates: Not accepted within a 50-mile radius of Lawrenceville, GA.
