Position Overview:
Sugar Hill Farm is seeking a skilled and dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team, part-time, Mondays - Wednesdays.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meat products for our customers, ensuring that all cuts meet our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform meat cutting tasks
• Ensure all meat products are prepared according to food safety standards and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to hygiene protocols
• Utilize knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively while following proper handling techniques
• Be able to lift up to 60 lbs

Experience:

• Previous experience in meat processing is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience with meat cutting techniques and equipment

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Flexible schedule
• 16-24 hours per week expected

The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
