Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Flexologist with a background in massage therapy to join our team. This role is perfect for massage therapists who want to expand their skills and work in a dynamic, client-focused environment. As a Flexologist, you will guide clients through assisted stretches designed to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance overall mobility. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client’s needs. * Assess client flexibility and mobility to create personalized stretch plans. * Educate clients on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment. * Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience. Qualifications: * Licensed massage therapist (LMT) preferred. * Strong understanding of human anatomy and movement. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Passion for helping clients improve mobility and wellness. * Energetic, professional, and client-focused.
