What You'll Do + Lead and contribute to land development projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely execution. + Prepare and process civil engineering plans for city and agency approvals . + Use Civil 3D and AutoCAD to develop detailed design documents and construction plans. + Apply your knowledge of California permitting and CEQA to ensure compliance and streamline approvals . + Collaborate with internal teams and clients, leading technical discussions and guiding project workflows. What You Bring + 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong focus on land development. + Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD . + Experience submitting and processing plans with cities or public agencies. + Familiarity with California permitting procedures and CEQA. + Strong communication skills and the ability to lead internal and client-facing meetings. + PE license in California preferred-or active pursuit of licensure . Bonus Points For + Experience with DEA templates and workflows. + Background in commercial, industrial, or mixed-use development. + Ability to balance business development with billable project work.
