IVF Laboratory Director – Northern California

We are seeking an experienced IVF Laboratory Director to lead a state-of-the-art reproductive laboratory which processes 1200 egg retrievals/year. The successful candidate will oversee daily lab operations, ensure the highest standards of embryology practice, maintain regulatory compliance, and support outstanding clinical outcomes across all ART services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the embryology team

• Oversee quality management, KPIs, and lab accreditation

• Manage ART procedures including ICSI, vitrification, PGT workflows

• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical leadership on best practices

Requirements

• PhD (preferred) or MS in a biological science

• ABB certification as HCLD (High-Complexity Laboratory Director) or ELD (Embryology Laboratory Director) required or eligibility in progress

• Minimum 5–7 years of senior embryology/IVF lab experience

• Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, FDA, and CDC ART reporting standards
