Fiesta Auto Insurance - Insurance Agent Needed

Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop professional relationships with customers. As an Insurance agent not only will you earn commission based on your insurance sales but you will have the opportunity to earn commission on Registration Services (DMV) and on Tax Preparation (we will teach you on both). No prior Insurance sales experience is needed - we provide hands-on PAID training, our team of coaches help you obtain your Insurance license within 30 days, and we offer the ability of earning an hourly pay rate PLUS several commission opportunities.

Benefits:

• HOURLY PAY +(PLUS) 10-15% COMMISSION based on your Insurance Sales

• PAID TRAINING and get paid every Friday through Direct Deposit
• Learn Tax Preparation and earn 10-17.5% commission on Tax Returns you prepare
• Full-Time Employment only with Full-time hours being set at 35-45 hours every week (Overtime available)

Requirements:

• Must be Bi-lingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Personal Lines License (Preferred)
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Brokers License if you do not have one
• Motivated and willing to put in the work to be successful
• Must be available to work different shifts as needed during our Store Hours, (NO ON ALL WEEKENDS OFF)
• Must have your own reliable transportation and be flexible to work different nearby locations when needed

Our Store Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 7:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am to 5:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am to 4:00pm (If Location is open)
