Hybrid Senior Property Accountant $95/k

What we offer:

• Base pay up to $95/k
• Hybrid set up – 3 days in office and 2 days remote
• Competitive salary package

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure required funding for all properties follows regulations
• Prepare and review monthly inter-company entries and reconciliation
• Ensure timely reporting: Oversee the creation of monthly financial statements for property entities and ensure timely distribution
• Support property budgeting: Prepare annual budgets for the properties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
• 5+ years Real Estate Accounting experience
• CPA is a plus
• Must be proficient in NetSuite
• Strong background in Affordable Housing
