Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and certified Group Exercise Instructors to join our team on a flexible, independent contractor basis . This role is vital for providing our members with high-quality, engaging, and motivating group fitness classes in a premier club setting.

What You'll Do:

• Master of Motivation: Lead energetic and effective group exercise classes across a variety of disciplines (e.g., yoga, strength training, cycling, water aerobics, etc.).
• Operational Architect: Design and execute safe, well-structured class routines tailored to accommodate participants of varying fitness levels and abilities.
• Client Relations Guru: Create a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere, building rapport with members to ensure consistent attendance and a positive experience.
• Strategic Contributor: Manage your class schedule, communicate clearly with the Wellness Director, and ensure all equipment and studio space are used properly and safely.

What You Bring:

• Certification is Mandatory: Current certification from a nationally recognized group exercise organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, specialty certifications like Yoga Alliance, Zumba, etc.) is required.
• Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience consistently leading group fitness classes.
• Availability: Must be able to consistently teach classes on Saturdays .
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Must be a self-motivated Independent Contractor capable of managing class development, scheduling, and fostering client loyalty.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional energy, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor suitable for a high-end club environment.
• Safety Minded: Current CPR/AED certification is required.
