Our client, a Tier 1 automotive supplier based in Lavonia, GA, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership. This role demands strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage executive’s time by reading, routing, and drafting correspondence; initiating communications; and preparing documents
Maintain and coordinate calendars, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
Represent or act on behalf of the executive when required
Support cross-functional project coordination efforts
Research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings
Assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials; accurately record and distribute meeting minutes
Greet visitors and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Open, sort, and prioritize incoming communication (email, mail, fax, etc.)
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or associate’s degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills, including drafting documents and preparing meeting materials
Proven experience supporting executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Experience coordinating executive-level presentations, reports, and travel itineraries
Professional presence with the ability to greet visitors and represent the executive when needed
Skilled in handling confidential information, planning meetings, and taking accurate minutes
German and Spanish language skills strongly preferred
ERP knowledge would be a plus (Infor Expert or Infor LN)
