Job Description

Our client, a Tier 1 automotive supplier based in Lavonia, GA, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership. This role demands strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage executive’s time by reading, routing, and drafting correspondence; initiating communications; and preparing documents

  • Maintain and coordinate calendars, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements

  • Represent or act on behalf of the executive when required

  • Support cross-functional project coordination efforts

  • Research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings

  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials; accurately record and distribute meeting minutes

  • Greet visitors and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Open, sort, and prioritize incoming communication (email, mail, fax, etc.)

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in a manufacturing environment

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, including drafting documents and preparing meeting materials

  • Proven experience supporting executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence

  • Experience coordinating executive-level presentations, reports, and travel itineraries

  • Professional presence with the ability to greet visitors and represent the executive when needed

  • Skilled in handling confidential information, planning meetings, and taking accurate minutes

  • German and Spanish language skills strongly preferred

  • ERP knowledge would be a plus (Infor Expert or Infor LN)
