Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the coordination and execution of corporate and private events. This role plays a key part in assisting the events team, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout the planning process.
Responsibilities
Support event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Assist with vendor communication, scheduling, and follow-up.
Prepare event materials, documentation, and organizational tools.
Help monitor timelines, budgets, and event requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event goals and standards are met.
Manage administrative tasks to support overall event execution.
