Job Description
We are seeking a driven and organized Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of our events in Houston, TX. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, timely execution, and high-quality results. You will work closely with our events team to bring concepts to life, support event logistics, and contribute to enhanced client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in event planning, logistics, and day-of coordination.
Support vendor communication, scheduling, and operational preparation.
Ensure all materials, equipment, and event elements are properly organized.
Help monitor event timelines, workflows, and quality standards.
Contribute to administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Maintain a professional and solution-focused approach throughout all stages of each event.
