We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced event professionals, gaining hands-on experience in organizing a wide variety of events from corporate meetings to large-scale festivals. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
  • Help with logistical arrangements including venue selection and setup
  • Communicate with vendors to secure services and supplies
  • Support the event team with on-site execution and troubleshooting
  • Create event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain event budgets and process invoices as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
