Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our in-person marketing campaigns and help elevate customer engagement. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in marketing, event planning, fundraising, sales, or brand promotions .

You’ll work closely with a well-established client and play an essential role in the success of live events, interactive experiences, and promotional campaigns . No prior experience is required — we offer comprehensive paid training and one-on-one mentorship to ensure you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and customers to ensure a smooth, positive experience
  • Assist in achieving goals related to brand awareness, outreach, and fundraising
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and hands-on development workshops
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve event performance and customer satisfaction
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Collect and report customer feedback and campaign performance data
