**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather and evaluate patients' medical histories essential for their care.
- Perform thorough physical examinations.
- Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic tests.
- Administer Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapies.
- Provide joint injections.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for patient care and medication management using our EMR system.
- Conduct chart reviews and provide e-signatures as required.
- Undertake additional clinical duties as necessary to support our dedicated team.

**What You Need:**
- A valid medical and DEA license.
- An up-to-date CAQH profile; credentialed providers are preferred.
- A team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives!
