Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and fabricate dental prosthetic appliances using E-max ceramics.
- Analyze dental prescriptions and specifications received from dentists.
- Prepare and manage materials and tools required for the creation of dental prosthetics.
- Utilize advanced technical skills to construct aesthetically pleasing and functional dental items.
- Test prosthetics for quality, precision, and fit to ensure alignment with client specifications.
- Collaborate with other technicians and dental professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in E-max ceramic dentistry.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory tasks and client orders to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lab environment according to safety standards.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven experience as an E-max technician in a dental lab setting.
- Prior experience in a dental lab required.
- Deep understanding of dental anatomy and morphology.
- Anterior experience required, showcasing ability to handle complex dental aesthetics.
- High precision manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using digital and traditional equipment essential for crafting E-max prosthetics.
- Ability to interpret and follow the details contained within dental prescriptions.
