Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) at epay, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and servicing of our Direct and Indirect Retailers, as well as Master Agents. This position is part of our back-office operations and is focused on ensuring seamless experience for our business partners while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

• Proficient with Windows-based desktop computer systems.
• Initiative, problem solving: As a leadership position, decision making is a must.
• Independent, ownership: ability to work efficiently without supervision, complete assigned tasks meeting deadlines.
• Professional attitude with good people skills.
• Fluent in both English & Spanish.

·         Basic excel knowledge.

Benefits

40 hours a week, 2 days off. Schedules form 3:00 pm to 12:00 am.
