Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks a SkyProfessor for a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for providing support to our client’s Flight Attendants with their iPhones and iPads. If hired, you will be tasked with answering support calls, troubleshooting device issues, and resolving cellular connectivity challenges. This position ensures that the Flight Attendants have the tools and support they need to perform their roles efficiently. The SkyProfessor team operates 19 hours a day, 7 days a week, so availability is required for nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the rotating schedule. This is a hybrid role with 1 day remote.
