Responsibilities: - Originate and underwrite commercial loans, deposits, and related services for a diverse portfolio of clients - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote business growth - Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure loan viability - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing and approval - Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory requirements
Essential Job Functions: - Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants - Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements - Prepare loan proposals and presentations for review and approval - Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively address any potential issues - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Skills: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a C ommercial Loan Officer - Proven track record of success in origination and underwriting and credit analysis. Prior experience as a loan underwriter or credit analyst is preferred - Prior experience in preparation of loan memorandums for credit committee approval is also preferred - Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance best practices.

Compensation- $80,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
