Responsibilities:

• This position supports the coordination of mixing operations and assists with color quality testing to ensure production runs meet customer specifications.
• Assist the Shift Supervisor in organizing mixing operators based on pending production orders.
• Support Quality Technicians in product testing and color approval for in-process jobs.
• Accurately match colors for engineering resins using supplied customer parts, chips, or material samples.
• Make real-time adjustments to color formulations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Take a hands-on approach to color matching, ensuring precision and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors to maintain safe, efficient plant operations and ensure products meet all color and quality specifications.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in color matching within a manufacturing or lab environment strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of engineering resins and color formulation techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
