We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and community partners.
No experience required — we offer paid training , hands-on learning, and clear opportunities for career growth.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and community partners
Respond to inquiries and provide clear, supportive guidance
Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely communication
Assist leadership with coordinating client activities, programs, and outreach initiatives
Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships
Prepare reports, materials, and communications for internal and external use
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to excellent service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented demeanor
Highly organized and detail-focused
Able to handle multiple priorities in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required
No previous experience necessary — full training provided
