Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN

Duration: 1 year contract (Extendable)

Work Location:- Flagstaff, AZ

Shift timing:- PRN – As Needed; 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Requirement:  AZ RN license, and BLS

Job Description:

• Apply methods and techniques of para-professional nursing practices to deliver quality patient care.
• Assist in the use, care, and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Ensure a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment by following infection control and safety standards.
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
• Record, maintain, and retrieve patient medical records accurately.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Adhere to state and agency laws, regulations, and policies governing para-professional nursing practices.
• Establish and maintain effective work relationships with colleagues and patients.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in the State of Arizona (required).
• Knowledge of para-professional nursing techniques and safe patient care practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic medical equipment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a patient-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work a PRN schedule with varying shifts and no guaranteed weekly hours.
