Brand Ambassador- Costco Roadshow Events (Weekends, $17/hr + Bonuses)

Join Our Team as a Customer Education Specialist!

Are you passionate about helping customers transform their homes while working in a dynamic retail environment? We're seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Roadshow Representative to showcase premium window covering solutions at Costco warehouse locations.

What You'll Do:

• Educate and guide customers through custom interior window coverings (Graber brand) and exterior awnings/shades (Sunsetter brand).
• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing quality, functionality, and design options.
• Connect interested customers with our expert consultants by scheduling in-home appointments for measurements and detailed quotes.
• Build genuine relationships with Costco members by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Set up and break down attractive product displays for weekend roadshow events.

Schedule & CommitmentL

• Part-time position: Thursday through Sunday during scheduled roadshow events.
• Full warehouse hours: Opening to closing time (typically 10am-8:30pm).
• Same location for both vendor programs (no travel required).
• Seasonal opportunities with potential for ongoing relationship.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years customer service or retail experience.
• Comfortable standing for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and friendly, approachable personality.
• Reliable weekend availability (Thursday-Sunday).
• Basic math skills and comfort with technology/tablets.

Preferred Experience:

• Home improvement, décor, or window covering knowledge.
• Consultative sales experience (real estate, insurance, home services).
• Trade show, event, or booth experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities.
• Experience connecting customers with professional services.
