We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our company at various events, engaging with customers online and in person, and promoting our products or services in a positive and professional manner. You will help increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement to support our marketing and sales goals.
Represent the brand positively in a variety of settings (events, retail stores, online platforms, etc.)
Interact with customers to create a memorable brand experience and build brand loyalty.
Distribute marketing materials and samples and encourage customers to try or buy products.
Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s products, values, and mission.
Provide feedback from customers and prospects to the marketing and product teams.
Track and report on customer engagement and event performance.
Stay up to date with company news, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or similar role is a plus.
Strong social media presence or willingness to build one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, approachable, and confident in front of groups and individuals.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexibility to travel or work evenings/weekends for events or activations.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Public speaking or promotional experience.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
Creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
