We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Operate, maintain repair and install all utility systems such as heating, ventilation, electricity, water, air conditioning, refrigeration and provide security functions throughout the building and grounds to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all patients, staff and visitors. Schedule and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all utility systems. Maintains high standards and appearance of physical plant and mechanical rooms.
